ECS Fin is an engineering enterprise that specializes in process optimization. Our software solutions which include an enterprise messaging management system, a SWIFT certified transaction processing system, a post trade processing application and a treasury management system are used by different Financial Institutions and Corporates all over the world. We @ ECS Fin are looking for Talented, Energetic Project Coordinator to be based out of Trivandrum. Experience : 3-6 years Your responsibilities include: Organizing, attending and participating in client meetings. (Schedule client meetings whenever required) Documentation and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. (Meeting minutes) Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives (Functional, Specification and Mapping documents etc) Creating a project schedule with milestones, due dates and estimates (Task list with dates) Determining project changes from client (Maintain Change Requests) Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes (Task list for CRF) Coordinating project management activities (with developer, QA and deployment) Ensuring that documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. (Unit test results, QA results, Scripts, Release Letter) Ensuring that project deadlines are met (Ensure the delivery date) Ensure client views are managed towards the best solution (Discussion with product team if required) Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers (Discuss the details with project Manager)
