We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager - HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana State, encompassing approximately 2000 resources. Reporting directly to the VP Zonal - West and South, the Senior Manager - HRBP will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. HR Business Partnering: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR needs within the designated states, partnering closely with business leaders to understand and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
2. Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding processes.
3. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
4. Performance Enhancement: Work collaboratively with managers to enhance employee performance, providing coaching and support as needed.
5. Employee Development: Support employee development initiatives, identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.
6. Role Expectations Communication: Clearly communicate role expectations to employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
7. Retention Strategy: Develop and implement effective retention strategies to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
8. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
9. Orientation and Onboarding: Facilitate orientation and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
10. Strategic HR Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth and success.
11. Employee Grievance Handling: Handle employee grievances in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Business Partnering.
- Full-time MBA from Tier 2 MBA colleges with a specialization in HR.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in the BFSI industry preferred.
