Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Fashion Designer (Creative Head) at Nero India. As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team, creating unique fashion designs, managing the fitting process, and working with textiles. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in shaping the brand's aesthetic.
Requirements
Managing the creation and delivery of outstanding product design and aesthetics in line with the business strategy. Managing the overall Product development process.
Conceptualizing & Developing Commercial Indo Western Design collections meeting monthly targets.
Identify key item profit drivers at the start of the season and engage the design team to ensure delivery
Designing hands-on for the western market, cost-effective production-friendly collections for the Fable Street brand
Developing Mood Board, Colour Board, Illustration, Storyboard Creation, etc.
Good exposure to the Indian. design market. Ability to take lead, and deliver independently, with strong experience in product development, fittings, silhouettes, and pattern making. Exceptional Aesthetic Sense
Bachelors degree & Master's degree in Fashion Design or Fashion management.
Experience in management, operations, designing, and leadership.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid understanding of financial management.
Experience: 5-10 years
Salary: Upto 1.5 lacs
Qualifications
Fashion Design and Textiles expertise
Experience in embroidery and fitting
Strong understanding of fashion trends and industry standards
Excellent sketching and illustration skills
Knowledge of garment construction and production processes
Experience with software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the design team
