Role Description
Eeksha is seeking a full-time Senior Fashion Designer to join our team on-site in Kolkata. The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality designs, managing the design team, and working with cross-functional teams to bring Eeksha vision to life. The Senior Fashion Designer will lead the design process from concept to final product, and ensure that the designs align with Eeksha design aesthetic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Design or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on luxury bridal and formalwear
- Strong understanding of textiles, embroidery, and fabric manipulation techniques
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and aesthetic
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and innovation
