Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Operations(GIB)About the role
- This is a great opportunity to work into B2B Operations profile handling escalations/queries for merchants with merchant onboarding
- Merchant Onboarding as per the process
- Servicing on all Sales & basic Merchant Onboarding Lifecycle Management queries
- Act as first point of contact from Business Team for Merchant Onboarding/Queries
- Working with cross functional teams for better resolution of merchant queries
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Handling Queries and escalations related to banking relationship.
- Follow up with the banking team and Merchnats for providing better business growth and opportunities
- Provide training to new joiners and merchants.
- Constant coordination with internal departments & KAMs for smooth flow of tasks on day to day basis.
- Accountable for creating and publishing all required Business Dashboards for Sales Team and reporting it on Weekly/Monthly basis to Business Head.
- 2- 4 years of experience in Operations
- Strong organizational, communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power Point
