AddressJob Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of electrical and electronic circuits, along with practical experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Electrical Design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop electrical system designs, including schematic diagrams, understanding of wiring diagrams, and layouts, utilizing industry-standard software, fault diagnostic software and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Visiting client premises as and when required.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final implementation and testing.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of electrical systems, troubleshooting any issues and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in the railway and metro industry, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements, providing expert recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from reputed institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Electrical & Electronics Design Engineering.
- Proven track record of successful projects, demonstrating expertise in electrical system design and integration.
- Proficiency in industry-standard Electrical Design software and tools.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory standards and codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to project sites.
