- Utilizing your expertise to develop and improve design concepts, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and consistency of products.
- Conducting feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Applying innovative design techniques and leveraging the latest technologies to drive continuous improvement and enhance product performance.
- Providing technical support resolving design-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience ( 8-10 years) in engineering design and development, specifically in pressure control valves and safety relief valves.
- Strong knowledge of valve design principles, fluid dynamics, materials selection, and relevant industry standards (such as ASME, API).
- Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools for design and analysis.
