Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Raipur. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, sales, and account management
  • Understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a sales team
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the Prop-Tech industry is a plus
