Your Role:
- Provide comprehensive counselling services, addressing both academic and personal challenges faced by students.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of counselling programs and initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise a team of counsellors, enhancing their skills and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with academic staff to identify student needs and tailor support services accordingly.
