Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimization Team Lead to join our team at Flymedia Technology. As the SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of SEO experts, developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, and driving organic traffic to our clients' websites. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The job location is Ludhiana, Punjab, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization
- Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices
- Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting SEO audits and keyword research
- Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
- Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SEO experts to achieve set objectives and targets
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Conduct SEO audits and identify areas for optimization
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SEO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers and graphic designers, to optimize website performance
- Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance to management
- Stay informed about Search Engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
- Train and mentor team members on SEO techniques and best practices
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding SEO strategies and progress
