AddressScrum Master or Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Analyst:
-Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
-Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
-Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and other relevant documentation to effectively communicate requirements.
-Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements.
As a Scrum Master:
-Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, promoting and enforcing Agile principles and practices.
-Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
-Track and communicate project progress, metrics, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.
-Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to promote cross-team coordination and collaboration.
-Identify opportunities for Agile process improvements and implement best practices.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-Proven experience (8+ years) as a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
-Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation.
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a deep understanding of Agile principles.
-Certification(s) as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
