Working on SAP production support incidents and requests.
Troubleshooting security issues like Login & Authorization issues across SAP Landscape.
Experience communicating effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse customers and team members.
Work extensively IT Service Management applications like Remedy.
Ensure to follow the ticketing tool ‘s SLA s and adhere to its process.
