Job description

- Great communication skills - Grammatical and Clarity of thought while speaking.
- Should have the mindset to be able to get adapted to working in a Media house.
- We want people who are core (sales) L&D specialists.
- The L&D person will continuously work towards improving the Sales/Marketing Deptt of the organization through L&D methodologies.
- The person needs to have conducted L&D sessions on their own. (Facilitation).
- The person should know various models of Training and Development (Kirkpatrick Model, ADDIE Model, Bloom's Taxonomy, 4MAT Learning Model, etc.).
- Bringing their skills to our company but being open to understanding organization's business and making customised L&D modules (on their own) as per business' requirements.
- Have been Salespeople themselves, and then they went on to become trainers/ sales coaches/ L&D for Sales.
- People who have been coaching/ training/ L&D team to train their companies' Corporate sales/ Intellectual Property Sales/ B2B sales executives/employees.
- Should also have the experience and confidence to conduct sessions for senior employees as well.
- Also, this position will report to a Sales Director and not an HR Director.
