AddressCore responsibilities include:
- Support field sales (account executive) to answer Vendor forms include questionnaires requesting general company information, and information from Legal (corporate and commercial), Investor Relations, Field Security, Compliance, Privacy, DEI, ESG, Accounts Receivable, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and others with varying degrees of complexity).
- After receiving a Vendor form request opened per the instructions above, the GPS Team will gather additional information required to triage the request using the email below. The GPS Team may do preliminary research in Dynamics to eliminate some of these questions. The GPS Team will answer the notification email generated from Surf and will include the AE’s email address so the Surf record captures the AE’s response for the Fulfiller teams.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams and different geographies.
- Escalate appropriately to resolve and provide the response as per the agreed SLA time.
