Sales & Marketing Analytics Role - Club Card (8-14 yrs)

Role: Lead analytics initiatives within India Analytics Hub (IAH) in collaboration with US Analytics teams.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and hands-on support for Sams Club Card Program analytics.

- Co-develop analytic agendas and roadmaps with US counterparts to meet portfolio goals.

- Drive insightful business reviews and diagnostics.

- Lead analytics delivery for new product launches and customer acquisitions.

- Design, implement, and monitor analytic solutions to optimize business value and customer

experience.

- Lead strategic analytics projects from ideation to presentation.

- Foster strong partnerships with internal and client teams.

- Manage, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals.

- Prioritize workflow and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of analytics experience with measurable outcomes.

- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, statistical analysis, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
