Sales Coordinator

We are hiring Client Relations Manager
Job Location - Sivakasi

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their architectural needs and preferences.

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.

• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

• Facilitate smooth communication between clients and the architectural team.

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

• Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management.

Strong customer coordination and communication skills.

Experience in vendor coordination and management.

Ability to handle client inquiries and concerns effectively.

Proactive and customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
