- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to ensure a cohesive online presence.
- Expand our presence on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) by creating and managing product listings, optimizing content, and monitoring performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ecommerce best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
