The role In this role, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for driving HR Engagement initiatives through effective communication strategies. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our employer brand image by creating engaging content for various channels, including online, social media, print media, and events. You will also play a crucial part in curating creative content for our internal HR communication platforms and evaluating the performance of our branding efforts. Your role will involve planning and executing HR activities for 2024 and maintaining consistency in HR messages. Part of your role will involve: Develop and manage engagement communications for HR Engagement initiatives. Create campaigns and content for a positive employer brand image. Curate engaging content for internal HR communication platforms. Manage HR engagement channels, including newsletters and workshops. Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of employer branding initiatives. Plan and execute HR activities for the year 2024. Organize and execute engagement events and recognition programs. Maintain consistency in key internal HR messages. Write and design company communications for various channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for content development and distribution. Work independently and collaboratively on diverse projects with varying degrees of oversight. What we need to see from you A career break of at least 3 years and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce. Prior experience and specialization in a relevant field. The ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and tools. Proactive motivation and a strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
