Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, accurately taking food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages to the tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service
- Answer any questions or concerns that guests may have
- Process payments and accurately handle cash transactions
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Server or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays
