Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Mumbai. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with various aspects of their travel itinerary, including booking reservations, handling cancellations or changes, and providing information about travel policies, procedures, and restrictions. They will also ensure that customer inquiries are adequately addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
