Head - Regional Sales & Operations


Key responsibilities include:
Managing Customer Experience:
- Implement strategies to enhance and maintain a positive and enjoyable customer experience within the park.
- Develop initiatives to exceed guest expectations and uphold the brand's commitment to delivering products and services Beyond Expectations.
- Business Development
Strategic Planning and Development:
- Formulate and execute strategic plans for the long-term success and growth of the park.
- Identify opportunities for development and improvement in various operational aspects.
Health and Safety Monitoring:
- Oversee and enforce health and safety standards within park operations.
- Implement measures to ensure the well-being and security of guests and associates.
Revenue and Profit Oversight:
- Take charge of monitoring and maximizing the park's revenue and profit.
- Devise and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
People Management:
- Demonstrate strong leadership in creating a culture of safety, fun, and growth opportunities for associates.
- Foster an environment that promotes associate retention and satisfaction.
Cost & Budgetary Controls: Head - Operations & Administration (Park Head) Implement effective cost and budgetary controls to optimize park operations.

- Ensure financial efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events within the park to enhance guest experience.
- Align events with the overall goals and values of the park.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Age between 30-35 years.
- Mandatory experience in the Hyderabad market.
- Telugu language proficiency is essential.
- Proven track record in heading business operations.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Demonstrated success in team management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of managing large-scale operations.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
