Job description

Growth360 is retained by a leading Indian Agri conglomerate to hire a Regional Lead for their Agri inputs vegetables business.
This role needs a seasoned Sales and Marketing Agri professional who likes working closely with farmers and has deep understanding and background in vegetable seeds industry.
This is a Sales Strategy role and needs someone who can drive and expand business in Eastern region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Building, planning, directing, and implementing business strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the states.
- Oversee the team's efforts in product forecasting, resource allocation, tracking, and reporting while staying within the budget.
- Liaison with Government departments for various schemes and programmes run by government.
- Conduct demand generation activities like farmer's meet/ webinar/seminar/Govt. official's meet.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team.
- New product launch and market expansion in vegetable sector.
To fit the bill, you must have :
- Graduate in Agri/Horticulture
- 10- 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Vegetable Seeds background
- Strong understanding of distribution/Business channels
- Led New Product launches & market expansion
