Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision and Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for end-to-end operations, aligning with Recykal's sustainability objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, including operations managers and logistics coordinators.
Process Optimization:
- Implement and continually refine efficient collection, transportation, and processing processes to maximize resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and sustainability enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reverse logistics operations.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing operations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety within the operations team.
Continuous Improvement:
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the department.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.Willingness to travel as required.
