Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
2. Work on screening resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
4. Facilitate candidate assessments, background checks, and reference checks
5. Work on extending job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
6. Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback as needed
7. Work on staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
8. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions
