Job description

Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to warm leads through digital and/or offline modes to communicate value proposition and schedule/conduct product demos
- Understand customer's needs and requirements to tailor the proposal/quotation
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers and prospects
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
- Continuously gather customer feedback and communicate to relevant product teams for improvement and innovation
- Track and report on sales performance, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales processes
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build and guide sales teams and foster their growth and development
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide informed insightsto clients
- Gather customer referrals from existing customers to pitch the solution
- Provide after sale support through offline/online mode
- Use CRM tool for following up with prospects and update developments
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex technological products and articulate their benefits
- Results-driven with a positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to create, modify and use power-point presentation seamlessly
Qualification:
- Preferred: Post Graduation in Business Administration or Management
- Must have: Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferred: 2+yrs B2B sales experience in SAAS or digital platforms
- Must have: 3+yrs of experience in B2B sales
