Responsibilities
• Conduct community outreach programs to generate interest in beekeeping• Raise awareness about the benefits of beekeeping• Assess the needs and provide scientific beekeeping training to participants• Facilitate the formation of beekeeping clusters• Coordinate the procurement and distribution of beekeeping tools• Build and manage a cadre of field workers and support personnel• Oversee primary processing units and marketing linkage• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports
Requirements
• Native Hindi speaker with strong communication skills• Experience in agri/agro-allied activities, preferably in apiculture or beekeeping• Educational qualification in Agriculture, Apiculture, and allied fields• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in scientific beekeeping practices• Must have a laptop and proficiency in operating it• Must have a vehicle/bike for local area travel• Willingness and drive to work in rural areas and travel extensively• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team• Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving project goals
