Join us as the Head of Product for our Collections/Debt Recovery platform! We're on the lookout for a dynamic leader to shape and execute our product strategy, enhance platform capabilities, and ensure optimal user experiences in the collections and debt recovery industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop a compelling product vision aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features to meet evolving client needs.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead a cross-functional product team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
3. Product Development:
- Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data analytics for innovative solutions.
4. User Experience and Compliance:
- Champion a user-centric design approach for efficient workflows.
- Collaborate on compliance to meet industry regulations and data security standards.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage analytics and customer feedback for informed decisions.

6. Market Analysis and Industry Trends:

Qualifications:
- 8+ years in senior product management within collections, debt recovery, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of industry processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Proven success in launching products addressing industry challenges.
- Experience with SaaS platforms is desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
