- PW is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales/Counseling lead to. join our team.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team.. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Higher. Education segment/College-University segment/ Skilling Segment

- Note: This is a new category in PW and the role will require planning and considerable 0 to 1 work.

Key Responsibilities:. Sales Planning and Executing: Plan the process for converting prospects from. multiple channels into final sales for the category

- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales. targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue. growth

- Sales Training and Feedback:Oversee planning and training of sales executives,. giving feedback and sales pitchers.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with. key clients in the Higher Education segment

- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape. within the Higher Education sector. Conduct market analysis to identify. opportunities for business expansion.

NPF Database Expertise: Utilize the NPF database to identify potential clients,. key decision-makers, and market trends. Leverage data-driven insights to. enhance sales strategies and outreach

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including. marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client. engagement.. Qualifications:. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven 5-8 years of experience as a Sales Lead or in a similar role within the. Higher Education segment/College-University segment/ Skilling segment.

- Preferably worked in an Edtech startup of repute. Well versed in CRM tools and ERP tools like NPF, LeadSquared etc, Ameyo. Have experience of working with telecallers, gig workers and BPO agencies. Have experience of leading sales executives, who work in the online space.
