About the Vacancy:
Designation – Personal Assistant to CEO
Work Location – Gurgaon( This is work from office profile)
Experience required – 3-5 years
Reporting To: CEO
No. of working days – 6
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as CEO’s gatekeeper
- Organize calendar, coordinate meetings/appointments
- Draft/manage correspondence
- Monitor, and keep track of task assignments with relevant teams
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational matters
- Run business and personal errands as required
Requirements:
- Young and Smart with 2-3 years of working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well verse in G Suite and MS Office
- Systematic, organized, and good time management skills
- Positive thinker, proactive, resourceful, able to prioritize multiple projects
