Job description

About the Role:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in driving our digital marketing efforts, particularly in the realms of acquiring customers via Paid Search & Paid Social traffic.
Your primary aim will be to ideate, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns to capture existing demand, and create more demand for our revenue management platform. Your north star metric at any given point of time will be ROAS.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns to meet internal KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and bid management to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Organic & SEO team to ensure a cohesive search marketing strategy.
- Develop, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to design engaging ad creatives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to ensure timely delivery of high-quality advertising assets.
- Provide creative direction based on marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage the workflow and timelines of creative projects to meet advertising schedule demands.
- Prepare and present regular reports detailing the performance of paid advertising campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members, as well as success, sales and product teams, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of advertising campaigns.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree (Open to all streams - Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Science etc).
- 2-3 years of experience in paid digital advertising, particularly with Google Ads and Meta, and other social media platforms.
- Past experience working at a digital marketing agency or a SaaS org is a must-have.
- Past experience deploying $500k-$5 Mn ads budget expected.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and digital advertising KPIs.
- Proficient in using advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Data Studio, Google Sheets etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
