Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Junior or Mid-level .NET Developer to join our team in Indore (India). Currently, we are in the process of developing a new product with a global application. We aim to enhance our team permanently with a seasoned developer who possesses a strong background in development and contributes innovative ideas concerning architecture and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
For Junior Level:
● Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the .NET framework.
● Assist in the analysis and translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
● Contribute to the development of software solutions by writing clean, scalable code using C#.
● Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
● Learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks within the .NET ecosystem.
For Mid-Level:
● Independently design, develop and deploy scalable web applications utilizing .NET technologies.
● Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
● Analyze and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
● Take ownership of projects and drive them from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for solution design and architecture.
● Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative solutions to improve existing systems.
Qualifications
For Junior Level:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Basic understanding of database management systems(SQL Server)
For Mid-Level:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
● 3+ years of experience in web development using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
● Solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. ● Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
● Experience with methodologies such as OOPS, Collections, Design Patterns, and knowledge of Principles (Solid, Dry, etc). Experience with version control systems, Project management tools, or Azure cloud is advantageous.
