AddressResponsibilities :
- Leading the firm's IGAAP & Ind AS conversion initiatives for listed clients .
- Leading the firm's IFC design and support initiatives for clients .
- Thorough understanding of Indian AS including evaluation of impacts on business in identifying accounting and reporting differences between current accounting policies and practices and Ind AS requirements.
- Understanding impact assessment of Ind AS on design and business processes, Consolidation of the clients and Accounting Manuals.
- Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of governance, risk & Compliance (GRC), process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, .
- Training and grooming the team on technical & soft skills.
Qualification:
- Should be a qualified CA with 10 to 14 years of experience in External/Statutory Audit; prior experience in an Audit/Consulting firm and good knowledge of Ind-AS.
- Good people management skills, strong ability to train, develop and grow team members, thought leadership, versatile and capable of leading multiple assignments.
