AddressJob Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic National Marketing (Advertisement) Head to lead and oversee the marketing strategies and initiatives for our print media company based in Mumbai. As the National Marketing Head, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, client/agency engagement, and revenue growth. Candidate should have ample experience in handling client and agencies based in Maharashtra and nearing States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all editions of group to achieve the company's goals and objectives. Excellent presentation skills to showcase group's capabilities in all geographies.
- Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company's brand image through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring team performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Media Agency & Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with National Clients and Advertising Agencies. Capable of opening doors at top management levels both in clients and agencies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management.
- Revenue Support: Collaborate with the Ad Ops team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support sales efforts. Add revenue to Digital Platforms of the company.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, conferences, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Competition Mapping and proactive Business Information gathering: Capable of gathering competitive and business information by leveraging connects and framing proactive actions to counter them.
