Job Description:
The Mutual Fund Executive will play a critical role in assisting clients with their investment needs, particularly in the Mutual Fund sector. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Mutual Fund industry or a related financial field. This position offers a competitive salary package based on the candidate's level of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding Mutual Fund investments, considering their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon.
Portfolio Management: Assist clients in building and managing diversified Mutual Fund portfolios, making recommendations for fund selection and allocation adjustments.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends, fund performance, and economic conditions to provide clients with informed and up-to-date advice.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and assist clients with the necessary documentation for account openings, investments, and transactions.
Investment Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various Mutual Funds, evaluating their performance, risk factors, and potential returns.
Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase assets under management (AUM) by promoting Mutual Fund products and services.
Reporting: Generate reports on portfolio performance, market insights, and investment recommendations for clients and management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, financial markets, and investment products.
Relevant certifications such as NISM-Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and provide suitable investment solutions.
Proficiency in financial software and tools for portfolio analysis.
Compliance and regulatory knowledge in the Mutual Fund industry.
Sales and business development acumen is a plus.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
