**Qualifications:** - B.Sc. Agriculture, Biotechnology, Botony.
- Hands-on experience in mushroom cultivation lab techniques.
- Proven track record of successful mushroom cultivation with high productivity and minimal contamination.
- 0-1 years Work Experience
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Lab Techniques:**
- Execute and oversee laboratory processes related to mushroom cultivation, including substrate preparation, inoculation, and spawn production.
- Ensure adherence to strict hygiene and aseptic techniques to minimize contamination.
2. **Optimization of Conditions:**
- Monitor and maintain optimum environmental conditions for mushroom mycelium growth and fruiting body development.
- Implement adjustments based on data analysis and continuous improvement practices.
3. **Strain Maintenance:**
- Manage and maintain mushroom strains for consistency and quality.
- Propagate and culture mushroom mycelium in the laboratory.
4. **Collaboration with Agriculture Technical Officer:**
- Work closely with the Agriculture Technical Officer to integrate lab findings into the overall mushroom cultivation process.
- Provide technical insights to enhance cultivation practices.
5. **Productivity Enhancement:**
- Implement strategies to maximize mushroom yields and productivity.
- Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in mushroom cultivation techniques.
6. **Quality Control:**
- Conduct regular quality control assessments to ensure the purity and viability of mushroom cultures.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to contamination or suboptimal conditions.
7. **Documentation:**
- Maintain detailed records of lab activities, experiments, and outcomes.
- Generate reports and share findings with the team.
