Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, AP - T&E
In this role, one needs to have good understanding of AP.

Responsibilities

. Applying the (T&E) policy, processing receipts, ensuring that receipts match the expense, auditing, reimbursing employees for out of pocket expenses.
. Expenses paid by Kelly%27s Corporate cards are imported
. Expenses paid by employees are manually enterred into Concur
. Expense Concur account is automically created from Peoplesoft data (creates and deactivates)
. The Concur audit team audits every single expense and reciept
. The internal audit team also do spot audits once a year.
. Anything that is not on a corporate card charge is manually entered into Concur.
. If a reciept is missing, then a missing reciept affidavit is required and is created by the person creating the expense

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
. Relevant work experience
. Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Experience in cost Model creation and management
. Ability to handle pre-sales process management and execution
. Prior experience in sales support
