Address We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Operation Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, presenting findings to management and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide customized reports and analysis.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.
6. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Conduct data audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
8. Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and systems.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an operations or analytics department.
3. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, data visualization tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
9. Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
