Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the detailed execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, content, and assets required for program success along with the Brand team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, brand, performance and partnerships, to ensure seamless program execution.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments to integrate program elements and achieve cohesive outcomes.
Vendor and Agency Management:
- Manage external vendors and agencies as needed for program support.
- Ensure vendor relationships are effective, efficient, and aligned with program goals.
Budget Management:
- Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Track expenses, provide regular updates, and adjust plans as needed to optimize budget utilization.
Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of Marketing Programs.
- Provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for program optimization.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Proven experience in Marketing Program management, with a focus on planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools for performance measurement.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial acumen.
