Job description

- Handling a diverse range of ethics, POSH, and compliance issues, such as financial fraud, conflict of interest, data privacy breaches, behavioral misconduct, and discrimination.
- Timely awareness and resolution of registered complaints, ensuring swift and decisive action.
- Taking a lead role in investigations, facilitating and participating actively to ensure proper closure and appropriate actions.
- Reporting and documenting findings, establishing a knowledge repository based on case history, and providing guidance to prevent or minimize recurring issues.
- Handling whistleblower cases and employee concerns with sensitivity.
- Offering advice on the right course of action and providing guidance throughout the investigative process.
- Promptly resolving complaints while adhering to company's culture, values, and ethical standards.
- Collaborating with senior executives and managers on investigation panels, submitting reports, presenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Demonstrating proficiency in conducting technology-assisted digital forensic reviews, utilizing keywords, timelines, people relationships, and meta tags for evidence gathering.
- Introducing fresh perspectives, ideas, and solutions to enhance the integrity of investigations.
- Actively participating in the ethics committee/council and contributing to ethics awareness sessions within the organization. Promoting and communicating ethical conduct and work practices.
- Recognizing the sensitivity of information and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
