Manager - HR Business Partner - IT (localites preferred)
- Consult with business stakeholders to provide recommendation on people aspects for business success and day-to-day performance management guidance when appropriate, (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Understand Human Resource Management policies and processes, own up implementation and execution of all such policies
- Proactive inputs to people processes on benchmarking requirements - seeking internal as well as external market "best practice"
- Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Create robust communication forums and facilitate employee engagement initiatives on a continuous basis
- Ensure on-time functional deliverables, compliance of people operations, prepare the report on effectiveness and look for trends and draws inferences to influence future direction
Required Experience, Skills & Competencies :
- MBA HR from top institute with 5-8 years of experience in driving HR BP role in IT Consulting industry Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of HR - exposure to performance management and employee engagement is a plus
- Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally. Collaborative approach across the organization to maximize outcomes. High on customer centricity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
