Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced M-CAD Trainer to join our team at Manav Management Group. As an M-CAD Trainer, you will be responsible for training individuals on mechanical computer-aided design (M-CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, UGNX, and SolidWorks. This is a full-time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior-level M-CAD experience with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in using AutoCAD, UGNX, and SolidWorks.
• Proficient in mechanical computer-aided design principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D design and drafting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Passion for teaching and helping others develop their M-CAD skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and adjust training methods accordingly.
• Experience in delivering training sessions or conducting workshops is preferred.
• Certification or formal training in M-CAD software is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct M-CAD training sessions for individuals interested in learning mechanical computer-aided design software.
• Create and deliver engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and demonstrations.
• Assess the trainees' learning progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their M-CAD skills.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in M-CAD software and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to continuously enhance the training program.
• Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after the training sessions.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and encourages active participation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
