Learning & Development Role
About Client:
A leading digitech agriculture organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for building and running the people development process mainly focusing on but not limited to
Learning & Development:
- Creating a robust L&D process, including identifying training needs, creating training calendar and running training programs across levels
- Creating a robust process for hi potential employee development, including making IDPs, career paths & succession planning
- Managing budgets and relationships with vendors.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
Performance Management:
- Running the annual performance appraisal process and refining the same
- Running mid- year feedback sessions and Multi rater feedback/360 feedback sessions.
- Participating in feedback conversations and creating action plans out of the same.
Employee Engagement:
- Running engagement & pulse surveys
- Co-creating action plans with managers and ensuring the same is completed.
- Custodian of and drafting and revising employee Policies, Employee handbook and Guidelines as and when needed. Special Projects wrt Employee Development
- Responsible for driving Rewards and Recognitions for the Organization.
- Additional responsibilities as and when required.
Requirements :
- 4+years of experience.
- MBA - HR
