Job Description

1. Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of electronics technicians.
  • Assign tasks, set goals, and provide guidance to ensure team productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

2. Electronic Assembly: Collaborate with the engineering team to assemble electronic components and systems, including flight controllers, communication systems, sensors, and payloads, adhering to stringent quality and safety standards.

  • Drone Battery Assembly: Handle the assembly, testing, and maintenance of drone batteries, including LiPo (Lithium Polymer) and other advanced battery technologies, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluation of electronic systems, including drone batteries, to identify potential issues, verify functionality, and ensure compliance with specifications.

3. Handling Electronic Equipment: Operate and maintain a variety of electronic equipment and tools, including:

a. Soldering Equipment: Proficiently use soldering irons, welding station and rework stations to assemble and repair electronic components and circuits.

b. Multimeters and Oscilloscopes: Utilize multimeters and oscilloscopes to measure and analyze electronic signals and diagnose issues.

c. Power Supplies: Operate power supplies to provide the necessary electrical power for testing and validation.

4.Documentation: To prepare work instructions & drawings of the battery assemblies & wiring diagrams of the UAV structure.
