JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with the organization's strategic objectives and business goals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify individual and organizational training needs.
- Design and develop high-quality Training Programs.
- Select and implement appropriate training delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, blended learning, and on-the-job training.
- Assess the effectiveness of Training Programs using a variety of evaluation methods.
- Manage training budgets and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the L&D field.
