Analyst– South Korea Real Estate (Full time)
We run a very entrepreneurial-minded sales and products team in the advisory space; we are a niche APAC-centric placement platform with a heavy presence in SEA markets.
We are actively looking for an experienced Institutional Analyst to join our growing team by Q1 of 2024.
Responsibilities:* Conduct extensive research on the North Asia real estate market, focusing on different sectors and trends.* Analyze data and generate insightful reports to aid in strategic decision-making.* Support the team in identifying investment opportunities and assessing market conditions.* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and understanding of the Korean market.* Maintain comprehensive records of research findings and translation works.* Ensure that all documents are stored securely and are easily accessible for future reference.
Qualifications:* Candidates with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in translation and a finance background would be a plus.* Proficiency in English. The candidate must be able to translate documents accurately and provide linguistic support during interactions with Korean-speaking clients and partners.* Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather data from various sources, analyze it, and present findings clearly and concisely.* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
