Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kidswear Designer located in Madhyamgram. The Kidswear Designer will be responsible for creating designs and patterns for children's clothing, working on individual projects, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing kidswear or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Sketch, and other design software
Ability to create unique and trendy designs that appeal to children and parents alike
Experience in creating tech packs, specification sheets, and other technical documentation
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Design or a related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, and. remain up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and technologies
Experience in designing sustainable and eco-friendly clothing is a plus,
