Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Process Development Lead to spearhead our team in the vibrant education sector. In this vital role, you'll be at the helm of developing and refining cutting-edge sales processes, overseeing a dedicated team, and driving them toward surpassing their goals. This position is tailored for those who blend sales expertise with a knack for process optimization and possess the leadership prowess to foster success. With a focus on strategy, innovation, and team development, you'll be instrumental in shaping the sales landscape and achieving outstanding results in our forward-thinking educational environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization:
- Build end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to course sales, mapping process flows, touchpoints, and stakeholder responsibilities at each stage.
- Research industry processes, leveraging experience to define and set benchmarks for key metrics such as TATs, drop-offs, NPS, and revenue.
- Identify process gaps and prioritize areas for improvement, develop action plans, and iteratively test solutions.
- Develop standardized scripts and guidelines for sales calls, ensuring compliance and effective communication with customers.
- Build a scientific process to systematically check adherence to established procedures and standards
- Evaluate and recommend sales technology, tools, and software to enhance the sales process.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish quality assurance standards and processes to ensure that all sales interactions meet Josh's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop a structured audit process to regularly review sales calls, scripts, and customer interactions to ensure they align with standard established
Team Management and Performance:
- Identify resourcing needs, develop hiring processes, and conduct interviews to build a competent team
- Craft team KPIs, motivate teams, provide constructive feedback, and conduct review meetings regularly.
- Develop training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of 5 years in sales process management, preferably within the education sector. Experience in optimizing sales processes, conducting audits, and analyzing sales data.
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen, ability to develop standardized sales scripts, handle objections, and ensure compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to interpret sales data, set metrics, and devise data-driven solutions.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate sales teams, provide feedback, and foster improvement.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication for training teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and Organized: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain an organized approach to work.
