•Purchase and management of inventory like food and supplies from vendors approved by the company•Assisting Chef in developing menu and item pricing on day-to-day basis•Assist Chef in full filling in house and delivery demands of different cuisines within the stipulated time •Stay updated on current restaurant trend•Identify new and creative culinary and presentation techniques •Assist Chef in new or signature recipe creation•Ensure that kitchen and surrounding area are sanitized and clean in accordance with company standards and health code regulations•Assist Chef in planning least wastage •Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
