Job Description:

Immediate joiner preferred. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer with strong React experience to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable applications using Java, React, and Spring Boot. Responsibilities: - ? Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications using Java, React, and Spring Boot. ? Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. ? Developing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. ? Implementing responsive web interfaces using React and integrating them with Java backend systems. ? Writing and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes. ? Performing code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and providing constructive feedback. ? Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues in a timely manner. ? Participating in Agile/Scrum software development processes and contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. ? Mentoring and guiding junior developers, assisting them in problem-solving and skill development. ? Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks relevant to Java development. ? Requirements: - ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ? 8+ years of professional experience in Java development. ? Strong expertise in developing web applications using Java, React, and Spring Boot. ? Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. ? Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. ? Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services. ? Knowledge of databases and SQL, including database design and optimization. ? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues. ? Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. ? Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
