Head - Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities: The individual is responsible for developing and executing the overall Marketing strategy for Blade India.
JD includes:
- Responsible for designing and executing the Marketing strategies for Blade (both Online and offline)
- Responsible for budgeting & executing all OTL and BTL activities
- Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing (including social media, marketing database, email, and advertising etc.).
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms through designated Social Media agency
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Deep understanding of both online and offline marketing
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Assuring BLADE's standards in brand value & communication.
- 6- 10 years' experience in marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
